Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from pet hair or odors.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
